We (me and my son) went out for a Dinner last night, Sadly hubby was working so he was not able to come (sigh). I was looking for this kind of Restaurant here in Aus for quite a while, Luckily one of my co-worker referred this Resto. I've tried Yakiniku once and i really liked it! Yakiniku, Meaning grilled meat and is a Japanese term, cooking bite-sized meat and vegetables over flame of wood charcoals, most common sauce is made of Japanese soy sauce mixed with sake, mirin, sugar, garlic and sesame. Garlic-and-shallot or miso-based dips are sometimes used, and sometimes yakiniku is eaten seasoned only with salt.
